INGREDIENTS
3 ounces fresh orange juice
3 ounces vodka
1 1/2 ounces orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
1 Tbsp. Patricia and Paul Tangerine Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tsp. Maple syrup
Superfine sugar, for serving
3 Orange peel strips to garnish
DIRECTIONS
1) Dip each martini glass rim in orange juice, then press into the superfine sugar to rim the glass.
2) Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the vodka, orange liqueur, orange juice and maple syrup. Vigorously shake to chill. Strain into the prepared martini glasses and garnish each with an orange twist. Enjoy!
