Elderberry Liqueur
Cold Brew, Cherry and Almond Delight
Published: September 22, 2023
Here’s a new and delicious way to enjoy your cold brew coffee. My Cold Brew, Cherry and Almond Delight is one delicious sip. This is a yummy drink morning, noon or night and can even substitute as dessert. I didn’t add any sugar to the drink since there is sweetness in the juice and whipped cream but you certainly could. Looking to turn this into a cocktail? A shot of Kahlua (a coffee liqueur) would up the coffee taste or a shot of Cherry Kijafa (an all time favorite cordial that I enjoy around the holidays) would up the cherry flavor in this drink. I also think blackberry brandy would work. Don’t miss my Hazelnut Caramel Iced Coffee recipe – dessert in a glass!
When it comes to cold brew, I buy a large jug and keep it in the fridge. Of course, Starbucks makes a good one. BUT, you could also brew your own at home if you have a cold brew maker. Left over coffee or fresh brewed coffee that you let cool and then chill in the refrigerator work too.
Did you enjoy this drink? If so, please leave a comment and rating below. I’d love to hear from you.
Are you a coffee drinker? If so, be sure to try some of my other favorite coffee drinks (some with and some with out the booze):
