Break up large clusters and putting in a serving bowl or an airtight container if not eating right away.  You’ll want to keep them in a cool spot without a lot of humidity.  Otherwise, they can get sticky.

If you are boxing them up to gift them, I line the box with tissue paper or parchment paper and layer in the nuts.  Tie the box up with a bow and you are ready to go.

Sriracha Nuts

 Sweet and spicy sum up these nuts. Using maple syrup and Sriracha I've created the perfect sweet, salty and spicy snack. Dig in.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 Cups Mixed salted nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • 4 Tbsp. Pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tsp. Ssalt (taste first, if needed add)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  •  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix sriracha, maple syrup and salt in a small bowl. Pour over nuts and mix through. Spread nuts out over prepared baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes. Stir nuts after 10 minutes and continue baking. Remove from oven when done and using a metal spatula, remove nuts from parchment paper so that they do not stick as they are drying. Spread the nuts out onto baking sheet without parchment and leave out to cool off and to dry.
