Hi, I’m Diane — a lifelong food lover, Weight Watchers Lifetime Member, and self-confessed kitchen experimenter based in sunny Southern California. I started My Curated Tastes to share the recipes I actually cook: healthyish, high-protein meals portioned for two, with plenty of WW-friendly options that never taste like “diet food.” Whether you’re cooking for a partner, scaling back, or just tired of recipes that serve eight, you’re in the right place.
