Mix sriracha, maple syrup and salt in a small bowl. Pour over nuts and mix through. Spread nuts out over prepared baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes. Stir nuts after 10 minutes and continue baking. Remove from oven when done and using a metal spatula, remove nuts from parchment paper so that they do not stick as they are drying. Spread the nuts out onto baking sheet without parchment and leave out to cool off and to dry.
