Honeyed Roasted Garlic Salmon

A honey and roasted garlic sauce are brushed on roasted salmon and served with lemon for the perfect, fast and easy midweek dinner.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 – 1 1/2 Lb. Salmon filet skin on
  • 1/2 Cup Honeyed Garlic Maple Sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon sliced
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with tin foil for easy cleanup. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the salmon filet and brush with the sauce. Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Brush the salmon again with the sauce and place under your oven’s broiler for 3 – 5 minutes until the top is nice and brown. Watch carefully so the sugar in the sauce does not burn. Top with slices of lemon and serve on a platter or cut into individual portion sizes and serve.
