This Honeyed Roasted Garlic Salmon recipe is all about the sauce. You can make that well in advance and have it on hand for all kinds of recipes. It is soooo good. Grab the honeyed garlic maple sauce recipe and keep it on hand for glazing chicken and more.
With the sauce made ahead, you can make this fabulous salmon dish in the middle of the week in under 1/2 hour. Served with some simple brown rice and steamed vegetables, it is a healthy and delicious salmon entree.
To get started, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with tin foil for easy cleanup. Spray with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper and using a pastry brush, brush with the sauce. Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Brush the salmon again with the sauce and place under your oven’s broiler for 3 – 5 minutes until the top is nice and brown. Watch carefully so the sugar in the sauce does not burn.
Place the cooked salmon on a platter. Top with slices lemons and you’ve got an amazing dish. I like this with roasted asparagus and roasted rosemary and garlic baby potatoes.
