All Green Fruit & Veggie Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Green grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 Cucumber, peeled and sliced horizontally in half then sliced into half moons
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 2 Cups Honeydew melon, cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Mint, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- Pinch of Kosher salt
Instructions
- Place all the cut fruit and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Mix the honey, lime juice, mint and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Pour over the fruit and veggies and gently toss until everything is coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
