ingredients

1 Cup Green grapes, cut in half

1/2 Cucumber, peeled and sliced horizontally in half then sliced into half moons

2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced

2 Cups Honeydew melon, cut into chunks

1 Tbsp. Fresh Mint, minced

2 Tbsp. Honey

2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice

Pinch of Kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all the cut fruit and vegetables in a large bowl.
2. Mix the honey, lime juice, mint and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Pour over the fruit and veggies and gently toss until everything is coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

NOTE: Talk about a fresh and delicious side salad… this is it!  Bring this as your next contribution at a picnic or BBQ and be a star.  It is so unique and healthy too!
