Ingredients

  • 3 Lbs. Chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Momofuku chili crunch
  • 1/2 Cup Hoisin Sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Flaky sea salt (Maldon is my fav)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 410°. Set a rack in a rimmed baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the oil and season with salt and pepper.  Place the chicken on the prepared rack and roast for about 45 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the Momofuku and hoisin and heat and stir until well combined and hot.  Alternatively, put in the microwave and heat in 15 second intervals until really hot…stir in between sessions.   Add the roasted chicken wings to a large bowl and pour on the sauce.  Stir to coat the wings with the sauce.
  • Arrange the wings on a platter, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and chopped green onion.  Finish with the flaky salt.  Serve with lots of wet naps and enjoy.
