This particular Christmas, I had a guest who requested lamb and asparagus. While it is true, I usually make lamb for Easter, I thought this was a great request and something new. So, baby lamb chops, roasted asparagus, glazed carrots and red potatoes made the menu. We started with a cheese tray, shrimp cocktails and stuffed mushrooms. The menu was rounded out with a bread basket and honey butter. Dessert was a buffet of treats but this year, the Cherry Cranberry Cheesecake was the star of the show. Homemade Halva also showed up for the first time! Enjoy.
