ingredients
1 Lb. red potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tsp. granulated garlic powder
1 Tbsp. chopped rosemary
Salt & Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the potatoes into quarters and toss them with the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Put in a 350-degree oven. Roast the potatoes (stirring a couple of times during the cooking time) until they are roasted and browned. About 30 – 40 Minutes.
2. Remove from the oven and lightly salt them again. Enjoy!
