Bourbon, Maple & Pumpkin Coffee
My Sparkling Cherry Prosecco Cocktail is easy, beautiful and with just the right amount of sweetness. This drink is fun! The sparkle I added just makes this drink a holiday in a glass.
While I have used stemmed flute glasses for years, but I recently got flutes without stems, and I must say, I’m loving them. I like the sleek, modern look but I also like that they seem sturdier and I’m not worrying about tipping them over all the time. I recently took a tray of these out to my guests and I didn’t hold my breath while trying to balance them!
Edible glitter? OK, I admit, I wasn’t sure this was for me or if I was going to like this idea but when I tried it, the drink was just so darn pretty and sparkled in the light. I thought it was just the perfect little extra for the holidays, or a party or a baby shower. (The mom can always have a carbonated water with a little sparkle.) The glitter isn’t expensive and I’m sure will last forever. It can be used on food (I’m thinking cake decorating.) too. It comes in a bunch of different colors so you can decide what the occasion calls for. I’m pretty sure I’m serving this as a welcome cocktail for the holidays.
When it comes to making the drink, it could not be easier. Add a maraschino cherry and a pinch of glitter to your glass. Top with prosecco and you are done. Let the party begin!
