Blender with berries and yogurt.
Blender Berry Sorbet in the blender.

You can spoon this right into a bowl and dig in or put it into one or more freezer safe containers with lids and freeze until you are ready to eat.  There is very little fat in this sorbet so it freezes hard.  Allow extra time to thaw before eating.  (About 20 minutes.)

Blender Berry Sorbet

This is a slushy gone “good”. I had started out making a slushy fruit only drink mix to serve with vodka as a cocktail by the pool.
