Roll out pizza dough and trim edges so you have an even square/rectangle. Cut the dough into 4 even pieces.  Place on a baking sheet covered with a silpat or lined with parchment paper.

How to make your own everything bagel seasoning mix

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
1 Tbsp. PLUS 1 Tsp. dried minced garlic
1 Tbsp. PLUS 1 Tsp. dried minced onion
2 Tsp. flaked sea salt or kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix everything in a small bowl and keep in a covered container or jar until ready to use.

Bake for about 18 – 20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

These tasty calzones (the original Hot Pockets) are stuffed with turkey, ham, cheese and broccoli and are the perfect lunch, dinner or snack.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 13 Oz. – 1 Lb. Store bought pizza dough
  • 4 Slices Ham diced
  • 4 Slices Turkey diced
  • 4 Slices Swiss cheese diced
  • 1 Small Bunch of Broccoli stems peeled and the broccoli cut into small pieces
  • Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Roll out pizza dough and trim edges so you have an even square/rectangle. Cut the dough into 4 even pieces. Fill the bottom half of each square with equal amounts of ham, turkey, Swiss and and broccoli.
  • Fold over the dough and pinch and fold the edges to enclose the pastry. Beat the egg with a small amount of water in a dish and brush each pastry package with the egg. Cut small vents in the top of each pastry. Sprinkle with the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  • Put on a silpat or parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for about 18 – 20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl and serve on the side. Enjoy!
