My Starfruit Cocktail always gets oohs and aahs (mostly from the starfruit garnish). The drink is easy to make and just a fun summer drink. You can use any vodka you like. There are several specialty vodkas that would work in this drink but this Kinky Green vodka is flavored with green apple and pear and just goes really well with the star fruit. This is a pretty drink and the garnish really “sells” it.
You will have left over juice (if you are only having one cocktail) and that will keep in the refrigerator for days. However, I recommend inviting a few friends over and throwing an exotic cocktail party! Try my Tortilla Chips with Kiwano Salsa, Kiwano Guacamole & Kiwano Yogurt Dip and maybe serve the Kiwona Cocktail at this party too!
