Ingredients
 
 

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple, chopped
  • 3-5 Fresh Basil leaves plus more for garnish
  • 2 Oz. Pineapple Vodka
  • 6 Oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Patricia and Paul White Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Bottle White or Rose Wine
  • Seltzer or Sparkling Water

Instructions
 

  • Add the fresh fruit and 3-5 basil leaves to a large pitcher. Add the pineapple juice, pineapple vodka and balsamic vinegar.
  • Add the wine and stir. Add ice and finish with seltzer or sparkling water.
  • Pour into a tall glass with ice and finish with a few basil leaves.
