ingredients
10 Oz. Dark Chocolate of your choice (I use Ghirardelli)
1 Can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 ¼ Cups whole macadamia nuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Combine chocolate and sweetened milk in microwave safe bowl and stir. Microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth and combined.
3. Stir in nuts and vanilla and pour into the pan. Spread the fudge out to all the corners. Sprinkle with the salt and refrigerate for at least two hours.
4. Cut into squares and serve or box up for gift giving. I usually do five cuts horizontally and five cuts vertically to get 25 squares. That size seems to be the perfect serving and fits perfectly in a cupcake liner. I have other ways of wrapping candy, nuts & baked goods. Be sure to check that out.
NOTES: This is a really rich bite so a small piece goes a long way. It is creamy, sweet & salty and has the crunch of the nut. This dark chocolate macadamia nut fudge is the perfect bite. And with just five ingredients, super easy to make.
I’ll put the individual squares into pretty cupcake liners and then box them up as gifts or just put them on a dessert buffet. This way it is easy to grab one and enjoy.
Feel free to experiment with different nuts and try semisweet chocolate too! Almonds, walnuts, cashews and peanuts would all be great in this. These hold really well for a long time, so you can cut them and keep them in the fridge covered for weeks. Enjoy.

Cut into squares and serve or box up for gift giving. I usually do five cuts horizontally and five cuts vertically to get 25 squares. These are pretty addictive so plan on making a lot and don’t forget to share.
