10Oz.Dark Chocolate of your choice (I use Ghirardelli)
1Can Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1Tsp.Vanilla
1 ¼CupsWhole macadamia nuts
Maldon Sea Salt Flakes
Instructions
Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Combine chocolate and sweetened milk in microwave safe bowl and stir. Microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth and combined.
Stir in nuts and vanilla and pour into the pan. Spread the fudge out to all the corners. Sprinkle with the salt and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Cut into squares and serve or box up for gift giving. I usually do five cuts horizontally and five cuts vertically to get 25 squares. That size seems to be the perfect serving and fits perfectly in a cupcake liner. (See ideas on FOOD GIFTS page)
