Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt, plain fat-free (FAGE is my favorite)
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1 Large Clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh dill, chopped plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 Tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and dill in a medium bowl. Season with the salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Top with more fresh dill and serve.
