Sweet and Spicy Plum Hoisin Sauce

Create a whole, new fresh sauce using store bought hoisin sauce, fresh plums and chili crunch and use it as a sauce or glaze on poultry and beef.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 Fresh plums, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Momofuku Chili Crunch
  • 1/4 Tsp. Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Add every thing to a blender and blend until the plums are in very small piece and the sauce is still a little chunky. Taste. Add more salt and/or Momofuku if you want it spicer.
  • Store in a small jar or plastic container in the refrigerator until ready to use. This will keep for about a week refrigerated.
