Ingredients

  • 1 750 Ml Bottle of rose wine
  • 3 Cups Frozen watermelon chunks
  • 1 Cup Frozen raspberries
  • 3 Oz Vodka
  • 3 Oz Limoncello
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice from one large lemon
  • 4 Tbsp. Simple syrup

Instructions

  • Freeze the rose in ice cube trays overnight. NOTE: the cubes won’t freeze solid since there is alcohol but will be frozen enough to make a great frozen drink.
  • Freeze the watermelon chunks on a sheet pan for two hours (or overnight with the wine). You can put these in a zip lock bag or freezer safe container until you are ready to make your drinks.
  • Place the frozen rose chunks, frozen watermelon chunks, vodka, Limoncello, lemon juice and simple syrup into a blender.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and pourable. Pour into your favorite glasses and garnish with a watermelon wedge and fresh mint. Enjoy.
