ingredients
1 Oz. good quality Vodka
1 Oz. Amaretto Liquor
1 Oz. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. Whipped Cream
Grated nutmeg, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
1. Add ice to a shaker and add the vodka, amaretto and heavy cream. Shake for a full minute and strain into a coup glass. Top with whipped cream and freshly ground nutmeg. Enjoy!
NOTE: To make homemade whipped cream, beat ½ cup of heavy cream and one tablespoon of confectioners sugar with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Spoon whipped cream on the top of the drink. For a little extra pizzazz, put the whipped cream in a pastry bag with a star tip and pipe onto the drink.
If you don’t have coup glasses on hand, a small martini glass would work just fine.
