Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 Lb. Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 Oz. Linguine
  • 2 Cups of Fresh Tomato Sauce (see recipe here)
  • Fresh basil
  • Freshly grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of salted water. Add linguine and cook per the package instructions.
  • Make the sauce per the instructions in the recipe. Add the shrimps (with added salt and pepper to taste) and cook the shrimp in the sauce until cooked through (about 5 minutes).
  • Drain the pasta and add to the sauté pan with the fresh tomato sauce and shrimp. Toss until everything is coated and well distributed. Serve on plates and garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese if using.
