A staple on our holiday table, this creamed corn is made with goat butter and organic milk and cream. Delicious.

  • 2 Cups 2% clover organic milk (preferred brand)
  • 1 Cup Cover organic whipping cream
  • 4 Packs of frozen sweet corn (Woodstock or Whole Foods organic brand)
  • 1/2 Cube of meters goat butter
  • 6 Tablespoons of whole wheat organic flour (she uses kings)
  • 6 Teaspoons of organic cane sugar
  • Pinch of white pepper


  • Combine milk and whipping cream in quart sauce pan and bring to boil
  • Add corn and then simmer for 10-15 min
  • Use tiny skillet melt butter and flour and stir rapidly until liquid
  • Then add flour and butter to corn pan
  • Then add sugar and pepper
  • Keep stirring until it’s thickened
  • Then let simmer for 15 min
