1. Combine milk and whipping cream in quart sauce pan and bring to boil
2. Add corn and then simmer for 10-15 min
3. Use tiny skillet melt butter and flour and stir rapidly until liquid
4. Then add flour and butter to corn pan
5. Then add sugar and pepper
6. Keep stirring until it’s thickened
7. Then let simmer for 15 min

- 4 Packs of frozen sweet corn (Woodstock or Whole Foods organic brand)
- 1/2 Cube of meters goat butter
- 6 Tablespoons of whole wheat organic flour (she uses kings)
- 6 Teaspoons of organic cane sugar
- Pinch of white pepper
