Grilled Hoisin Shrimp

The easiest and fastest way to make an appetizer on the grill is to just grill up some large shrimp, drizzle with Hoisin sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and then garnish with chopped green onion.

  • 1 LB. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined – tail on
  • ¼ Cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 3 Green onion, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Heat a grill pan to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and pepper and grill in the pan for about 2 minutes on each side until just cooked through.
  • Plate the shrimp and drizzle with hoisin sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Garnish with the chopped green onion.
