ingredients

1 LB. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined – tail on

¼ Cup hoisin sauce

1 Tbsp. sesame seeds

3 Green onion, chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat a grill pan to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.

2. Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and pepper and grill in the pan for about 2 minutes on each side until just cooked through.

3. Plate the shrimp and drizzle with hoisin sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Garnish with the chopped green onion.

NOTE: This is the easiest and fastest appetizer you’ll ever make. A couple of ingredients and it tastes great. I often serve this at BBQs so people have something to snack on while the main entrée is cooking. You can grill these right on the BBQ (just skewer them or put them in a grill basket). I make them a lot at home so I’ll use a grill pan.
