  • 12 Oz. Vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
  • 2 Green Kiwi
  • 2 Sungold Kiwi
  • 2 Red Kiwi
  • 2 Tbsp. Pistachios, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Peel your kiwis and cut into small dice.
  • In two small parfait glasses, spoon 2 ounces of the vanilla yogurt into each glass. Top with a layer of the green kiwi. Top with two more ounces of yogurt and top with the chopped yellow kiwi. Add the final 2 ounces of yogurt to each glass. Top each with a tablespoon of the chopped pistachios and finish with the red kiwi on top.
