Ingredients
  

  • 15 Oz. Can pumpkin
  • 8 Oz. Lite cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Swerve Confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar Free Caramel syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Pecans, chopped
  • Apple slices, Pear slices, cookies (ginger snaps, graham crackers and oatmeal cookies all work), pretzel rods or those pretzel chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a stand mixer, mix the pumpkin, lite cream cheese, sugar, spices and vanilla until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold this into the pumpkin mix.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl or individual ramekins and chill for one hour. Remove from fridge and drizzle with the caramel syrup. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Serve sliced apples, cookies and/or pretzel rods on the side. Enjoy.
