1. Rinse berries right before serving. Cut strawberries in half. Serve in bowl, stemmed glass or container of your choice.
2. Top with a heaping Tbsp. or two of vanilla yogurt. Serve.
NOTE: I’d be hard pressed to call this a “recipe” but I must admit this is a go-to dessert for me all year round. I live in California so I have access to berries all the time. But any mixed fruit would work and any flavor yogurt would too. You can dress this up (In a stemmed wine glass with shaved chocolate or sliced almonds on top) or dress down in a cereal bowl. It’s fast, delicious and good for you. Use as many berries and as much yogurt as you want. Serve just yourself or the whole family!
