Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Slice the Halloumi cheese into “fries” and pat dry with paper towels.
Cook the cheese until golden brown on side one, flip and continue browning on all sides until golden brown. (about 5 minutes).
Mix the honey and chili flakes in a small bowl. Serve the Halloumi on a platter or individual dishes drizzled with the honey and sprinkled with the sesame seeds. Serve with your choice of fruit (mango, cherries, grapes, nectarines and berries are all great options) or a cucumber and tomato salad. I personally, just love to eat them dipped in the honey on their own. Enjoy.
