ingredients

4 Fresh Ears of Corn, remove husks and corn silk

½ Cup of butter or Land O’ Lakes light butter

2-3 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1/2 Tsp. Calabrian Chili flakes (optional)

Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat your grill to medium high heat. Put the butter and garlic in a small pan on the grill off of direct heat and let the butter melt. Keep warm.
2. Place the corn on the grill and turn them every five minutes until lightly browned and cooked through (about 20 minutes)
3. Spread the corn with the melted garlic butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.

NOTE: In the summer the corn is so sweet, you don’t even need butter. If you don’t want to use it to keep this light, go right ahead and keep it bare! Want to lighten it up just a little bit, use the Land O’ Lakes light butter and use less of it. You are in charge, you decide.
